Well this is embarrassing. I think I discovered the cause of the flickering. I started keeping an instance of ThinkOrSwim open so I could monitor some options around a few weeks back. Today I decided to leave it off and the intermittent flickering stopped. That program is so clunky. User error! >_< I hate to even ask this but... any reason why it is interfering w/ Sierra's charts? There's never any flickering on ThinkOrSwim. Right before I closed TOS I was having some Sierra charts flickering. I was drawing on a completely different Sierra chart than the ones flickering.
