The reason you are having the problem is that in one chartbook you do not have any attached charts. Therefore, when you select the pulldown for Chart >> Scroll All Charts to End, you are activating the main screen and creating a situation where you do not have any charts active, which in turn makes it so that the system does not recognize any charts to scroll to the end. In this situation, if you were to take one of the Detached charts and turn on the menu and select Chart >> Scroll All Charts to End, they will all scroll to the end. Another solution would be to just have one window attached to the main window, which would then become the active chart when you select the pulldown option in the main window.
