Make sure you have the IB software running and that you are getting data to that software. If Sierra Chart has stopped working altogether, in that you can not interact with it and do anything, then you will need to stop Sierra Chart and restart it. But if Sierra Chart is not completely locked up, then check your Message Log to see if there are any errors that may explain what is happening. Also, try opening a new chart for a symbol like ES and see if you are able to get the data into that chart.
