Do you have any other studies on that chart? Our first guess is that it is another study that is going to zero and causing the entire chart to "squash" to fit. If you do have other studies, then remove those and see if the issue resolves. If that does not do it, then you need to look at the underlying data by removing the TPO (or looking at another chart of the bar data) and ensuring that there is nothing wrong with the data that makes up those TPOs. Finally, if none of this works, then get us a copy of that chart so we can take a look.
