You are getting these messages because you are trying to access features that are not available in your current Service Package. If you want to use the Market Depth Historical Graph and/or Numbers Bars, you will need to be on the Advanced Package, which would be Package 11 in your case (Advanced Package & Denali Exchange Data Feed Fee).

Separately, we see that you are currently on a package that includes the Denali Exchange Data Feed Fee, but you do not have any exchanges active. In order to get the Real-Time data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed you need to go through and complete all of the Setup Instructions for the CME Group that can be found at this link:
