If the orders are not showing up on your other computer and you have it configured properly to connect to the same Rithmic account, then the implication is that Rithmic is not keeping the order fill information for you to be able to retrieve it on your other computer.

You can try to force a refresh of the order fills by going through the following instructions, but the information, if it is available, should be automatically updated:

The only recommendation we can make is to change brokers and use the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service, as we keep the Order Fill history for at least 1 year. Refer to the information here:
