Go to File >> Data/Trade Service Settings and select Rithmic Direct - DTC for the Current Selected Service. Then select the OK button (you may have to hit the button twice to get the page to actually close). Wait 30 seconds and then select File >> Data/Trade Service Settings again and then you should have the entry for Server (list) showing. Select the area to the right of that to open the dropdown and it should give you a list of servers. Let us know if this is not the case. Select the particular server you want to use from the list and fill out the remainder of the fields on that page. Then select OK to close the window. You will then be connected to Rithmic.
