hi there I am trying to link my 14 day trial oneup trader account to sierra chart but its coming up (error running dtc server program C:\sierrachart\rim\dtcbridge.exe)

You need to use the new Rithmic connection that is available and not use the Bridge program any longer. hi john the set up instructions are not the same there is no server list column its got (trading server address:port) in the data/trade service window |

If you follow the instructions exactly as they are written it will work out. But if you want to have that update immediately, then you just need to select the A button next to the service selection after you select Rithmic Direct - DTC.

If you go back to the File >> Data/Trade Service Settings and select the area for the Server (list), do you get the list of servers available? If so, what server are you selecting?

there is no server list on the rythmic direct-dtc its a trading server address:port the server list is on rythmic trading dropdown box which is goving me error messages

Go to File >> Data/Trade Service Settings and select Rithmic Direct - DTC for the Current Selected Service. Then select the OK button (you may have to hit the button twice to get the page to actually close). Wait 30 seconds and then select File >> Data/Trade Service Settings again and then you should have the entry for Server (list) showing. Select the area to the right of that to open the dropdown and it should give you a list of servers. Let us know if this is not the case. Select the particular server you want to use from the list and fill out the remainder of the fields on that page. Then select OK to close the window. You will then be connected to Rithmic. It should not be blank if you exit from the window and then open it again. Be sure you are closing the Data/Trade Service Settings window after having set the Current Selected Service to Rithmic Direct - DTC and then opening the window again and then selecting that field.
