Hello All, I completed all the documents requested from me to update my account info. When I try to connect to sierra charts it gives me an error msg saying " connection error message from service: CQG Web API/Logon unsuccessful. Server message: your logon is disabled. Contact your FCM". I recently left AMP futures and now trading with Ninja trader and using Dorman as clearing firm. I need to know what need to be done to get me access to sierra charts.
