CANNOT ACCESS MY SIERRA CHARTS ERROR

Hello All,

I completed all the documents requested from me to update my account info. When I try to connect to sierra charts it gives me an error msg saying " connection error message from service: CQG Web API/Logon unsuccessful. Server message: your logon is disabled. Contact your FCM". I recently left AMP futures and now trading with Ninja trader and using Dorman as clearing firm. I need to know what need to be done to get me access to sierra charts.

It sounds like you still have your old AMP CQG information in your Data/Trade Service Settings. Since that account is closed, you are getting the error you are. You need to setup your Sierra Chart based on what order routing service you are now using through Dorman. If you can tell us what order routing service you are using with Dorman, then we can point you to the proper Setup Instructions.

CURRENTLY I AM WORKING WITH NINJA TRADER BROKERAGE ON GETTING A SECOND USERNAME AND PASSWORD FOR A NEW CQG DATA FEED SO I CAN USE IT WITH SIEERA CHARTS. WILL UPDATE YOU ONCE I GET THE CREDINTIALS
