You are NOT getting data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed. You are set to evaluate Package 12, but in order to get the Denali data, you would need to go through the Setup Instructions for the Denali Exchange Data Feed and activate the exchanges that you want active. For more information, refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* Therefore, you are getting your data from Rithmic, and there is simply a lack of historical information available. You really need to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed for your data.
