If the options for Graphics Setting >> Chart Trade Windows Background - Non-Simulated/Live are not working, then you must be using Chart specific graphics options. Open the window for Chart >> Graphics Settings - Chart and you should have the option at the top for Use Global Graphics Settings Instead of These Settings unchecked. In this case, you would need to change those graphics settings from within these Chart specific settings.
