Ok we will check on this. I get that you've double-down on the 25 year-old UI that is win32, but stop with the damn popup dialogs already! Not sure what you mean with the first part of this. These old dialog windows are getting removed gradually. But we understand what you mean about pop-up dialogs and those will get removed.
