I am constantly receiving the following message in orange when first loading Sierra Chart. I completely rebuilt the chart book yesterday to see if that would fix it. I tried the translate symbols to current service function to see if that would help. After that, I deleted all data files so they are downloaded again. These actions did not help.

Although eventually the message goes away, sometimes the chart does not update with any price changes and I have to disconnect and then re-connect for the chart to start updating. Then throughout the trading session I will need to disconnect from the data feed and reconnect as some symbols will stop receiving data and after reconnecting they begin receiving Realtime data again. I make sure I am scrolled all the current bar, which could be in the past if I did not notice that the chart stopped updating fast enough.
