I contacted Rithmic yesterday. They say that it "looks like there seems to be an issue with processing Stop orders when sending an order through Sierra DTC" and "the normal limit and market orders should work fine". This sadly renders Rithmic and by extension SC unusable(for me)at this point for EUREX products. Since I have not heard back again from Rithmic yet, I assume that this is a more serious systemic issue. I can't imagine that I am the only trader to use SC Denali + Rithmic to trade EUREX products. --> Would you perhaps have more information/did you hear from Rithmic? |
