We see the following in your log: Symbol Error - CLQ21-NYMEX is unknown, unavailable, or improperly formatted. Already subscribed to symbol. New subscription rejected.
This implies that there is another symbol using a different format for the same instrument, which is causing the issue. In the Main Instance first, select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. This will update all symbols to the correct current format. Then go into each sub-instance you are running and do the same thing (Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service). Let us know if you have an issue after you do this in all the instances of Sierra Chart that you run.
