It depends on what trading service they have set you up to use. Most likely it is CQG, but you would really need to verify that with Tradeovate. Once you know the trading service, then you will follow the Setup Instructions in our documentation for that particular service which is listed in this section: Table of Contents | (Supported Data and Trading Services) In other words, if it is CQG, then click the link above, and find the section for CQG Trading Platform Service and select that link, then within the new page you will find a link for the Setup Instructions at the top of the page.
