Your account is set as a Non-Professional, so you should have access to the non-professional exchanges for the CME Group when you go to the Activate Exchanges page. Please try again and let us know what you see on that page if they are not showing properly. You can access the CME Group exchanges options here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed The one thing we do want to point out is that we do not see that you have connected your Sierra Chart to your Dorman account in order to verify the account for the CME Group. You will see this on the same Exchange Data Feed page above under the section for Verify Trading Account. Once you connect to your futures trading account, then that date will be updated to be one month out from the time of the connection.
