There is not a way to change the Value Format for the Volume that is displayed as part of the Main Price Graph in the Tool Values Window. But, what you can do is to add the Volume study to your chart and set the Value Format to Large Integer with Suffix. Then, when you bring up the Tool Values Window, it will show the volumes as 4 digits with a volume size suffix.
