One that checks for going from an Up to a Down bar, so you would check if the previous bar's Open is less than the close and if the current bar's Open is greater than the Close, and the opposite for a Down to an Up bar. You would probably only want to test when the bar is actually closed and not during development, as the state can change back and forth.
