To see the status of your account, you would go to the Account Control Panel. There you will see everything you need to know and there are links to other information, such as the Transaction Log. You can access your Account Control Panel by selecting Help >> Account Control Panel from within your Sierra Chart software, or you can select the following link and login to the website (if necessary): https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php In your case, you are on package 5, which has a renewal date of July 13, 2021. You are NOT setup for automatic payments (there would be a note next to the Services Balance if you were). Therefore you need to ensure that you have at least $36.00 USD in your account prior to the renewal date in order to automatically renew. If you want to setup the Automatic Payments with Stripe, then go to the Payments page and scroll to the bottom and select the button to setup the Automatic Payments.
