Dear All, I subscribed level 5 with sierra chart (SC) and tick data from global data feed ltd (GDFL) GDFL says they offer 7 days historical tick data and 2 months 1 min historical data in their subscription But I am getting tick data for candle stick bars for 7 days but for number bar foot print ,i am not getting bid ask details historical data for 7 days . suppose I log in at 9,30 am,I am not getting data for 9.15-9.30 also GDFL says foot print data issue is Sierra chart problem, I am strongly feeling that GDFL has been misguiding for the last 1 year and only now they are telling that this issue is due to the sierra chart side. Please fix the issue |
