First, we do not provide support for CQG data. We absolutely do not recommend using CQG data with Sierra Chart. You need to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed for data. Full set up instructions are on this page: Denali Exchange Data Feed We are not going to help with any CQG data issues. So first thing is to begin to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed. That is absolutely necessary being these are continuous futures charts. And once that is done, re-download the data in the charts following these instructions: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".
