We do not remember having had this issue before. The only thing we can think to tell you is to try and perform the installation as the Admin for the computer. To do this, just right click on the installer program (SierraChartFileDownloader) which should have been downloaded to your Downloads folder on your computer and select the option Run as Administrator.
