This error message: TransAct WS| Account logon error -1(-1)
This means that either your Username or Password for TransAct are incorrect, or that TransAct has not authorized your account correctly. Refer to the following: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/TransAct.php#AccountLogonError In any case, the Sierra Chart Account Name does not matter. What is important is what you enter in the File >> Data/Trade Service Settings for the TransAct information. We are wondering if you are entering the correct Username, as from what you said above, it should be "TransAct_User_wmwarren". But check with TransAct to find out for sure what username you should be entering into Sierra Chart for your connection.
