Okay John. I've gone through this again. Service pkg is 10 with Denali data feed. (I do not want TPO any longer). Now, when I login to SC username "warrenwma", I do get Live, but delayed SIM, charts with the Current Service set to SC Data - All Services. But, when I change this setting to TransAct WS, I lose data connection and a Service Connection Error pops up with the message: Connection error message from service: TransAct WS| Account logon error -1(-1) | Date- Time The problem appears to be with connecting to TransAct, but they might be connecting to SC acct "wmwarren" which is also my TransAct account username. I will ask TransAct about this now. They should be connecting to SC acct warrenwma - is this correct?
