Updated to 2282 this morning.... no live real-time data coming through for ES in CME. Using Denali data feed. Thank you. **UPDATE** I re-installed the previous version 2276, & still no joy. **UPDATE 2** I logged into a CQG data feed- still no live data. Next, I checked Sierra Chart on another machine that was set for CQG- it is working. Then, I logged out of CQG on that same machine, & logged into SC Denali- it is working; however, still no live data on my regular trading machine- although it shows an active connection (green bar). (note: I've restarted SC several times, & I've also restarted the machine). There is no 'uninstaller' that I'm aware of for Sierra Chart, & I have several instances & do not want to delete the data folder. I realize I could copy them, save them, & delete the SC folder & re-install fresh... but is this advisable? It seems to be a HUGE file. Please help. ***UPDATE 3*** Re-updated to 2282, & was prompted with a Firewall message. I allowed it, but still no live data. Next I turned off the Firewall- no change. Next, I logged out of CQG & back into Denali, & now it is working. Not sure if the Firewall was the problem or not, I will test it & report back later. ***UPDATE 4 FINAL*** Okay- I discovered the problem: I had opened SC on a different computer earlier, & had not logged out. It was logged into Denali feed. It seems that although SC does not necessarily disconnect if there is another login, the live data stops. I also re-logged in w/ CQG, & same story- the data does not come in either, but it shows I am connected. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2021-07-02 15:17:20
