I have entered everything correctly in Data Trade Service Settings Window. When I download Sierra Charts (ver. 2280), I receive a long Message Log citing Auth Websocket ( ) | Closed. You pointed out that this might happen. Unfortunately, TransAct seems unable to correct the problem. They said that they had reset my Sierra Charts OPT IN option and instructed me to reselect OPT IN for the Sierra Chart Direct Option. SC still will not connect and I continue to receive the same long connection error on the Message Log. Is TransAct having an ongoing problem? Should I continue to ask TransAct to resolve this problem when they don't seem to understand how to do it? WAW
