There is no connection between the type of chart and the Intraday Data Storage Time Unit, so we do not know how it could possibly be changing. This setting, in particular, is a global setting and has nothing to do with the chart itself, The one thing we want to make sure you are doing after you change your Intraday Data Storage Time Unit to 1 minute and you select OK to close that window and accept the change, then be sure you select File >> Disconnect followed by File >> Connect to Data Feed to ensure that the data feed gets updated with the new setting.
