I placed a trade as a test on my SIM account directly on the Sierra chart by right clicking on the mouse which showed up on the chart on both laptops at the same time but it did not show up on the Transact DOM on any of my laptops. I was scared for a while that it will be a live trade as it was showing on my live chart too even though I initiated it on my SIM chart. I closed the trade, it showed up on the Trade Activity Log on both laptops, on my live account it shows as a SIM trade but on my SIM account it does not show SIM on the Trade Activity Log. It is getting very confusing to me. Just to make it even more weird, I placed a SIM trade earlier today on the Transact DOM on my new laptop which shows up only in the SIM account Trade Activity Log but not in my live account Trade Activity Log. Something is definitely not right. Can you check this issue with the Transact support or do I need to take it up with them?
