Are you trying to place the trade from Sierra Chart or from the TransAct DOM? If you are doing it from the TransAct DOM, then there should not be any reason for an issue related to the Sierra Chart setting. You would need to check with TransAct on what may be happening. If you are sending the trade from Sierra Chart, then what happens when you try to place a trade? Check your Trade >> Trade Service Log to see if there is anything shown in there.
