We apologize for not calling you today. We will do that tomorrow. We needed to do a software update, to disable the automatic symbol translation when a Chartbook is opened. The problem is this should not cause a problem. We do not have any other reports of an issue. Nothing. And the translation we are seeing to these unusual characters makes no sense at all. We do not even see how that could happen unless something is corrupted with a symbol when the Chartbook is opened or the translation patterns in the Symbol Settings file.
