Here is the problem from the log:
Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is disabled. | 2021-06-22 01:49:05.379

You need to go to File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings and set the setting for Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds to Yes.

Then select File >> Disconnect followed by File >> Connect to Data Feed and you should be getting the real-time data.
