Keep in mind that although you are allowed to run the Sierra Chart software on 2 different computers at the same time, the data does not have the same rules. The exchanges, require that you pay twice if you want to get the data on 2 different computers at the same time. But, as long as you are only connected to one or the other at the same time, then there is not a problem.

But, we think that you probably had both connected at the same time. Make sure that this is not the case and that the Laptop is the only one running Sierra Chart at that time and see if you are able to get the real-time data. If not, then get us your Message Log by following these instructions:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
