The Installer log is in the Installer window when you perform the update. From the log you sent us earlier, the Windows error was #5, as we quoted above, which is an "Access is Denied" error.

Apart from what we referenced you to in the documentation, there is not much else we can do. You would need to figure out how your system is setup in order to allow the software to perform the update.
