There are too many factors that go into what works that we do not have a way to auto-tune or let you know that it is at it's best. You would just have to work with the items that you already know about to determine what works best for you. Your Internet connection, in particular, is going to have a large impact on the various options. For instance, you can try High Compression, but if you have a good Internet connection, then this will probably just add a few milliseconds rather than shave them off. In addition, if you are getting smaller packets by having a lower "Remote Buffer Delay Send Time", then having higher compression is probably not good, as the amount of compression may not be significant.
