Sierra Support, I think I have solved the problem (on my own!!!). My charts are now updating properly. Seems for some unknown reason, I was not connected to my OEC data feed -- how that came about I have no idea, can you perhaps explain what caused my data link to have been switched off? Anyway whilst awaiting a response from you, I went to file / and then 'connect to data' and lo and behold, my charts started working properly. David |
