Sierra Support, I just got in and on loading my sierra charts I found they are AGAIN failing to update. Last time you suggested I contact OEC and request they increase the limits to what I can have open. This they did as per their email of 28 Feb which follows: Dear David, Thank you for your email. Per your request the max DOMs have been increased from 5 to 10, the max quotes have been increased from 50 to 100, and the max charts have been increased from 10 to 15. If you are having trouble viewing more than 5 symbols through Sierra Charts please contact them for further assistance. If you have any other questions please email us again or call 1-800-920-5808.
