You should still be getting your Depth Data. There is no change to your current configuration. By "Deactivating" the one exchange, it is really just setting it to not renew next month.

Therefore, we need to understand why you are not getting any Market Depth Data right now. To do this, follow these instructions to get us your Message Log:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

As to why we asked you to just activate the CME with Market Depth for NonProfessionals, is because you already have the COMEX with Market Depth for NonProfessionals active, therefore it will automatically renew next month. You will just need to add the CME with Market Depth for NonProfessionals in order to get the data at the lowest cost (2 x $10.40 = $20.80 versus $31.20).
