I'm not claiming to measure the latency accurately but there is a perceivable and obvious lag when placing or modifying orders using servers 1 or 2 from the UK. I suspect this lag is a function of packet loss and not packet RTT. As I noted above I'm seeing 80% packet loss when using the public internet to get across the Atlantic. So in my view removing the London server for order routing does degrade my service. I can use Frankfurt and I'm fine with that but I worry that will be removed also at some point.
