Sierra, I recently just connected the following services: - Sierra Chart Usage Time at Service Package 5 - Advanced - Exchange Data Feed: 250 Real-Time Symbols (1st Connection) - Activated Exchange: U.S. Equities (NYSE, NASDAQ, AMEX) However, when I try to open up a chart for a ticker like $BA or $SQ I am met with the following message "Symbol is unknown. Click for symbol information. Exchange not authorized." with no realtime data present and only historical data showing. Is there any way you could assist me with this issue? Thank you, Andy Nguyen |
