Hi,

My margin requirement figures continues to be reported incorrectly.

Yes, I have read the information from the below link you posted on an earlier thread, however this delay in updating the correct information is happening over days/weeks (not 1hr or 2hr or 3hr). I can close my position for the day and come back the next day and my margin requirement still shows a large amount.

Clearly this is an issuing with TT.

If you cannot deal with it, how can I get in contact with someone in TT for them to investigate ? This is rather frustrating.

I have spoken to my broker yesterday and they said they have heard a number of clients having this issue and to contact yourself.
