The only filtering that is available is what is at the top of the Trade Activity Log. Therefore, the only way to do the kind of thing you are asking about for the existing trades would be to modify the Fills to add a Note to them and then you can filter on the Note. Otherwise, you would want to enter a Text Tag for the trades.
