We think there is a misunderstanding here. There is a limited amount of Real-Time data that is included with the Sierra Chart packages. In general, it is just Forex and CFD data that is included. For more information refer to the following:

If you need to get Real-Time data from us, then let us know the exchanges for which you want real-time data and we can give you the information for how to connect.

Otherwise, if you are setup to get Real-Time data from your trading service, but you are having a problem with that, then let us know if that is the issue.
