So you want to have open multiple charts and have a way to move between them? There are the Previous and Next Chart commands to do this, which also have keyboard shortcuts setup (F4 and F9 by default). Refer to the following:
Window, CB and CW Menus: Previous Chart (Window)

It sounds like you have your windows detached, in which case you could use the Windows Task Bar to quickly choose a particular chart. Or, if they are not detached, then there are the Chart Tabs to select the chart.

If you are looking for some other tool, such as a small chart selector, or something like that, we do not have that available. It would be something that would need to be developed and it is not something we can put time into right now.
