We just tried this on the latest build and we are not having any issue. Selecting Letter/Blocks in Own Column puts them into their own column, and then right clicking on that same profile and selecting Letter/Blocks in Own Column resets the profile back to the "standard view". Therefore, we really do not know why you would be having an issue with this. The simplest thing is that you are clicking in an area not related to the TPO that was put into individual columns. Or perhaps you did all of the profiles, which would then not allow for the combining back for an individual profile. If you still have an issue with this, then attach the chartbook you have and we will take a look.
