Yes, this can be done. You will need to use the Volume by Price study on the 12 range bars and set the Draw Mode to POC, VAH, VAL, VWAP lines only and then turn off all the lines except the POC. You probably will want to set the POC to Dash draw style as well. Then set the VbP to be Multiple Profiles for every bar. Refer to the information here for the Volume by Price study: Volume By Price Study Then use the Study/Price Overlay to overlay the VbP to the 3 minute chart. You will just need to work with the options for Data Copy Mode and Bar Time Matching Method to line up the data as you want. Keep in mind it is going to do it based on time.
