Because if he is using your account, then he is also using your data. It is fine to have 2 Sierra Chart sessions running simultaneously. No problem there. But due to restrictions by the exchanges themselves, we have certain rules that we need to follow. In the case of our Denali Exchange Data Feed, you can get the data to two different computers at the same time if you pay for a second set of exchanges. So if you are both wanting to look at stock data at the same time, it will not work. Whomever gets there first will win (so to speak).
