I just tried to set up the Prem for the Dow futures minus the Dow Cash Index using the CDF, US30 symbol. I followed all the directions carefully, but when I open an Intraday Chart, a chart does not appear. I also tried to get the Prem for the ES futures, and that one at least opened a chart and said it downloaded the data, but the chart was blank.
