All we can tell you is that you have something wrong in there somewhere. The study you are overlaying has values that are close to zero, which is why your chart is flattening out, as it is trying to draw both of the data sets in the same region. You will have to go through what you did and find where the mistake is. We can not say where it is, as there are too many places to look.
